Wednesday was my first day at my "100 by Halloween" challenge. My fall challenge is to walk/run/sprint/crawl 100 miles at the gym by Halloween. In addition to other workouts I have planned for this Autumn season, 100 by Halloween is a fun way for me to track all the miles I rack up (or lack there of). If you do the math, this challenge requires me to do about 2.1 miles a day. Oy. Wednesday I did 2.6 miles and burned 318 calories. Put together a calendar of your own and see if you can reach 100 by Halloween!
